Description
DAF EURO 6 SCR Emulator has three versions, and you need to choose the right version to avoid any compatibility issues. This product is designed only to support DAF EURO 6 trucks and can’t work on trucks of other manufacturers or older DAF trucks like EURO 5 or even EURO 4 series.
DAF EURO 6 SCR Emulator works the same way as previous generations of EURO 4 and EURO 5 emulators, but this one has brand new software, firmware, and capabilities to support the latest EURO 6 trucks made by DAF. It can override all EURO 6 SCR system components like SCR DEF dosing pump (that pumps up diesel exhaust fluid-like AdBlue to selective catalytic reduction system), catalytic heaters, exhaust NOx sensors, exhaust temperature sensors, DPF (diesel particulate filter).
Emulator can control the diesel fuel injection process if DPF filter regeneration is initiated. This emulator completely solves problems related to engine power and torque loss or speed limiting as it can appear on trucks with damaged or disconnected Selective Catalytic Reduction systems on EURO 6 series trucks. There will be no DTC errors, additional smoke from the exhaust, and you can be sure that the gearbox will work just fine without jumping into limp mode.
